Return and Exchange Policy
Returns must be within 15 days of receipt of your order. If the order is returned with no error on our part it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns after 15 days. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shoes can be returned within 15 days, with a 20% restocking fee, only if they have never been worn. If you receive the correct shoe size you ordered, and the shoe does not fit, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible if the shoe does not fit properly.

Custom orders or any item that has been personalized with screen print, embroidery, tackle twill etc. is not returnable or exchangeable unless of course we find that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect.

Custom Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. All custom orders placed by credit card are charged when order is placed.

How to Return or Exchange Items
Please contact 1-800-422-5757 or customerservice@eteamline.com and request a return specifying the reason. We will either contact you by phone or e-mail you back an RA#. Place the original packing list with the RA# on it and the reason for return in the box with the items you are returning. If you do not have the original packing list please put a note with the order #, RA# and reason for return inside the box. Please put the RA# on the outside of the box as well. Without this information our return department will have to refuse shipment.

Claims & Reprints
All of our customers are valued customers, no matter the size, and we want you to know that. We strive daily to try to ensure that every order leaves our facility correct. Any order printed differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. Please email info@texasprintsolutions.com to submit your claim. If TPS is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate.

We will require that you ship the misprinted shirts back to our shop (we will provide you with a UPS label and will cover shipping costs). TPS will not be responsible for any shirts sold or given away prior to returning the order.
